The Evening Support Group meets on the third Thursday at 6 pm at a temporary location: Good Life Emporium Room in Lake Square Mall (meeting room is adjacent to the Piccadilly Cafeteria). This group welcomes all patients, caregivers and anyone interested in learning more about lymphedema. Recent topics: Demonstration of Lymphedema Products, Nutrition, Aquatic Exercises-demonstrated in the YMCA therapy pool, Yoga and Self-Massage. Other activities include participation in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the upcoming hosting of Work Out for Lymphedema on October 25 at the Tavers, FL YMCA. Volunteers are needed.

The Daytime Lymphedema Support Group usually meets on the second Thursday of the month at 3:00 pm at 734 North Third Street-Suite 506, Leesburg, FL. Verify the time and date by calling Physio Med's therapist, Scottie Bull (352 365-1114).
